Jettools.fi is an online store owned and maintained by Jo-He Oy (FI16343104). Jo-He Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. In each order, the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order apply.

Shipping options

Orders are sent by Posti, Kiitolinja and Matkahuolto in Finland. Orders to other countries are sended by Posti, Schenker and Greencarrier. Delivery costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the chosen delivery method. Add the desired product or products to the shopping cart and you can check the available delivery options from the cart.

Delivery time

Delivery time for products in stock is 1-2 working days in Finland and 3-7 days to other countries. Delivery time for backordered products is 7-31 days depending on the product and the country to be delivered. Orders placed before 1:00 pm on weekdays will normally be sended in the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Payment Options

Jettools.fi online store uses the payment methods offered by Paytrail Oyj: online payment buttons of all Finnish banks and credit cards as well as invoice and partial payment. The payment methods are displayed to the customer in the order payment page. More details about the available payment options can be found in Paytrail Oyj website. Depending on the payment method, the customer is asked for various contact information, such as a phone number. Some payment methods may also require providing a personal identification number. The final price of the order can be seen in cart and checkout page before confirming the order.

Payment Terms

Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. We have a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID number FI21228397 and Paytrail Oyj is part of OP Financial Group. By ordering you agree payment terms. The Paytrail payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Paytrail Oyj that means we have forwarded your payment.
Jettools.fi online store works as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The Jettools.fi online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the store and other obligations defined by itself. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the Jettools.fi online store directly.

Warranty

Warranty period (12, 24 or 36 months) covers manufacturing defects in the product that have not resulted from improper use of the machine. Consumables such as abrasives and blades do not have a warranty. You can familiarize yourself with the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, a separate warranty form or at the web address provided by the manufacturer. The warranty period is mentioned in the online store in the last line of the product description or in the additional product information section.

Return Policy

Ordered products have a 14-day exchange and return right. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. The return must be notified in advance by e-mail to the address myynti(at)jettools.fi or by phone to the number +358 20 7280 790. You can return the order in Finland by Posti to the address Jo-He Oy, Ruukintie 3, 02230 Espoo.
The amount of the returned product will be returned to the customer's bank account within 1-2 business days minus the shipping costs of the return. Jettools.fi is not responsible for the costs caused by the return. If the wrong product has been sent to the customer, the return is free. The right of return does not apply to special products ordered or made at the customer's request. The return of products weighing more than 35 kg must be agreed separately with customer service.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order if the delivery has not taken place within the stated time. Cancellation of the order must be notified by e-mail to myynti(at)jettools.fi or by phone at +35820 7280 790. We always try to inform the customer by e-mail or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Jettools.fi can cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account if there have been technical problems with the order and the ordered products have been sold at a clearly lower or higher price.

Consumer Complaint

We ask that all complaints related to the order or delivery be sent no later than seven days after receiving the order, either by e-mail to the address myynti(at)jettools.fi or by phone by calling +358 20 7280 790.
If the shipment is damaged in transit, the recipient must do complaint to the transport company..

Other

Jo-He Oy reserves the right to change these terms of delivery. The customer must familiarize himself with the valid delivery conditions before ordering.
Jo-She Oy processes all customer data in complete confidence.
Jo-She Oy does not hand over customer data to third parties.
