Description
Jet JSG-31A is a sturdy and versatile Disc & Belt Sander designed for schools and professional woodworkers use. Its equipped with a powerful 1950W motor, a 300mm velcro disc and a tilting 150 x 1220mm sanding belt. The sander has a cast iron frame and tilting cast iron tables, which ensure excellent sturdiness and a long service life.
Including G60 velcro disc and sanding belt G60, miter-gauge and a cast iron fence that helps to keep the workpiece in place in horizontal mode. Emergency on/off switch and mobile base is sold separately.
- Quiet and long-lasting 1950W induction motor for maximum performance
- Sanding belt top cover can be released down which enables to use the round part of the sanding belt for sanding curved workpieces
- Graphite covered steel platen runs cooler increasing machine and belt life
- Sanding belt is fast and easy to change without any tools
- Velcro disc is easy to change in same way as in random orbital sander
- Mechanical brake stops the sanding belt under 5 seconds after shutdown
