Description
The Jet JWL-1640EVS is an excellent and well equipped wood lathe for professional and educational use. The wood lathe features a movable and swivel turning head, directional change, digital RPM display and infinitely variable speed control from 40 to 3200rpm. A powerful 2000W motor, sturdy cast iron frame and cast iron support legs make turning large workpieces easy and effortless. The large 16″ (418mm) turning diameter and 1000mm tip clearance are well suited to the turning needs of even the most demanding professionals and educational institutions.
Includes drive and tailstock centers, 350mm support and extension arm, cast iron legs and 100mm feet and a 76mm mounting plate for turning bowls, for example.
