Description
The Jet JDP-17 Drill Press offers a lot of power, features and functionality at a reasonable price. It has 16 different speed settings from 180 - 2900rpm and a powerful and extremely quiet 1000W motor, which allows you to effortlessly make holes to hardwood even with larger 76mm forstner bit.
Almost half a metre wide and sturdy cast iron table has everything you could wish for in a drill press table. The table has a height-adjustable and replaceable MDF top that prevents wood fibres from tearing when drilling through wood. In addition, the table has parallel mounting holes for vise and clamps as well an t-track rails for the optional aluminum fence, which helps drilling multiple holes in same line.
Superior quill travel up to 127mm reduces the need for table height adjustments and enables drilling through even thicker wood. The powerful LED work light and Xacta-X laser makes precise work fast and easy.
The table tilts in both directions and can be turned vertically to a 90° angle, allowing you to make precise drillings example for end of the table legs. Comes with a B16 1-16mm drill chuck, MK-2 / B16 arbor, emergency stop button and height-adjustable spindle guard with micro switch.
