Jet JDR-34 Radial Drill Press offers versatile features and adjustment options at the price of a standard bench drill. It has a laser pointer, drilling depth adjustment and a forward and backward moving drill head, which you can use to get more distance between quill to the column.

Drilling head and cast-iron work table tilts 0-90° and rotates around the column 360°, which enables very versatile adjustment possibilities. The drill has 5 different speed settings in 500-2500rpm range, which are sufficient for drilling all the most common materials.

Speed change is easy to accomplish by changing belt positions in less than 1 minute. The belt case has an easy-to-read chart where you can find the recommended speeds for drilling wood, steel and aluminum. A safety switch prevents the machine from starting while the belt is being changed.
